Due Diligence:
Site Analysis
& Planning
Before we begin any project, we conduct a thorough analysis of the opportunity to determine the feasibility of the development and identify all benefits and potential challenges. We then work with our investors and partners to develop a detailed plan that takes into account the key project goals and budget.
Design & Development
Once the planning and analysis phase is complete, we begin the design and development process.
Our team of architects, engineers, and designers work together to create a design that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing, while taking into account
key investment goals.
Construction & Project Management
With the design in place, we begin the construction phase. Our roster of skilled general contractors, trades craftsmen, and construction and project managers work together to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality dictated by the project goals.

Place in Service
Once the construction phase is complete, a final inspection is conducted to ensure that everything is up to the standards set in the planning and design phases. The project is then closed-out, commissioned, and all sign-offs are obtained from the various authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ) before the asset is sold, transferred, or ready to be put into service.
